Max is the founder and CEO of Victory Event Group. With over 12 years in the entertainment industry as a performer, it was only natural for Max to shift into production and booking. From it's founding focusing on Oxford, MS to today with events happening in 7 States across the Southeast, Max has been at the forefront of sales, marketing, and event execution making Victory Event Group a household name.

Dustin joined Victory Event Group as a partner in 2019 after working several events with Max. Originally from the recording mecca of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Dustin comes from a 20+ year background in the entertainment industry that covers performing, recording, touring, and creative having worked with numerous large touring artists as well as local artists. When it comes to event production, Dustin has a history as an audio/lighting engineer, stage manager, rigger, site ops manager, & event/festival planner with numerous 5,000+ attendee festivals to his credit.

Charlie, aka Rotomo, is a DJ/Producer with an electrifying stage presence and infectious beats that has captivated audiences from across the country. Originally from Westport, Connecticut, Charlie always set the tone as he runs show production bringing a transformative touch to every event while creating immersive experiences and theatrical setups that leave audiences in awe.

In addition to being one of our more popular contracted performers (DJ Meezy Supreme), Niegel is also one of our most dedicated production managers responsible for staging, audio, lighting design, as well as other responsibilities that represent the core foundation of what Victory Event Group stands for.
